MODALITIES
Intuitive
Coaching classes are tailor- made to suit your needs and interests.
I craft them together with you based on the Voice Questionnaire I have you fill out, and the conversation we have from our initial consultation.
It is a continuous process of discovery and as we work together and I learn more about you, we uncover each next step as it unfolds organically to best support you and your journey. Nothing is set in stone.

For workshops I have an outline that I try to stick to, as there is less room for vast flexibility in a group setting, and I feel it is important to have a framework in order to hold a grounded and balanced space for the work. However, I may substitute, skip, swap around, or reimagine an exercise to best suit the flow and vibe of the class. The class size and length will also influence the pace and rhythm.
Vocal
Yoga
Yoga means to yolk, to unite. Vocal yoga created by Heather Lyle, integrates various voice, breath and body work exercises, practitioners, science and ideologies to help the individual better understand and connect with their whole vocal instrument.
The voice is a reflection and extension of who we are; our identity, our stability, our relationship to our selves, the world around us and life itself. When we increase our availability to the sensitivities of the body's intelligence, and learn how to navigate and connect with more of who we truly are, we can inhabit more of our intrinsic value, purpose and uniqueness. In doing so, we have more of ourselves that we can express and share with others in a way that is powerful and authentic to us.
Simplicity
Simplicity, created by actress, director, master practitioner and teacher Bathsheba Garnett, is a somatic and holistic acting practice.
The approach is text based, rooted in full body listening, discovery and building non- judgmental self awareness. The process is to set your ego down, and allow the thoughts, feelings, attachments, associations, through- line of the character in relationship to self, others, and circumstances to emerge by being present and available to yourself, your scene partner and the text.
There is no pre- shaping or pre- deciding and no memorizing. You absorb the words as an extension of what the character chooses to communicate and doesn't. It's a very organic process where slow is fast.
It's a great practice for learning how to be moved into correct and trustworthy action from an embodied yin state.
Shadow
Work
Shadow work, also known as Internal family systems, and somatic parts work, is based upon the thinking that we are each a collection of selves.
As children we want to be good, and from the moment we are born, as Ram Das puts it: We go into "Somebody training". We create internal parts to protect us from ever feeling certain hurt feelings. These protectors are our inner wounded children that don't grow up with us, keeping us stuck in certain self limiting beliefs and patterns that hold us back from living our self actualized potentiality.
Through intuitive coaching,
creative and journal exercises I guide you to reconnect with these lost and wounded parts of yourself, befriending and reclaiming them, making them your allies, rather than your enemies.

Sometimes people think of shadow work as something dark and scary, but really usually what's hidden in the shadows is our joy, our laughter, our confidence, our silliness, our sense of play and creative spirit. It's only scary because it's in the dark. As soon as we make these parts visible we bring them out of the shadows and into the light of our lives.
